Will I receive a phone call for delivery?

Yes, the day before delivery, we will either call you or send you a 2-hour estimated delivery timeslot by email and SMS. Our courier will call you 30 minutes before arrival. It is vital that you provide us with a phone number (mobile number is the best) when you place an order so our driver can contact you. You need to be at the delivery address to accept, sign for, and inspect the goods when we arrive. Our deliveries start at 7am and are usually finished at 9pm.


Sadly, due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to collect your old used bath screens, shower screens, shower trays etc. If you are in a rush to receive your order, please contact us and we will do our best to deliver your new products as soon as possible.

Next day delivery

Unfortunately, we do not offer a Next Day Delivery Service at the moment; however, we are doing our best to deliver all items as soon as possible.

Can I see the items before purchase?

To keep our prices as low as possible we don’t have a showroom. Do not worry, all goods are stored in our warehouse in their original, unopened packaging exactly as delivered from the manufacturer.

Can I pay with credit/debit card over the phone?

We do not take payments over the phone. You can pay via our website only. Once we receive the payment your order will be passed through to dispatch and the delivery terms begin.


We aim to respond to all emails and social media messages within 48 hours.

Technical information

If you have any item specific enquiries, then please email us to with your enquiry and we will ask one of our technicians to respond to you within 24-48 hours.


We do keep spares for most items and can sell these if required. Please email us to with the part you require and we will provide you with a price including postage. If you have the instruction manual, providing the part number will speed us this process. Usually spare parts will be delivered within 3 working days after we received your request and payment has cleared, but if you haven’t received them within the expected time please contact us and we will follow this up for you.

Do I need to pay extra postage?

We do deliver with free postage to most areas in the UK, but there are some areas that require extra postage, please check the details in our Shipping Charges at the bottom of our website page. You are responsible for checking whether postage is due, and if necessary requesting a revised invoice. Our website payment system will not automatically add your postage surcharge as it isn’t capable to do so.

How to pay the extra postage?

If you request a delivery to any of the areas mentioned in our Shipping Charges, please call us on 0333 600 2123 or email us to, once you placed an order and we will advise you how to pay us the postage surcharge.

What if item received is damaged?

If you find any minor damage to your item within 30 days of purchase you will be asked to take a picture of the damage and email to as per our normal aftersales procedure, please put your Order number in the title so we know the email is from you. After we have viewed your picture we will send out replacement parts to resolve the issue, if parts cannot repair the item then please contact us again.

Are you VAT registered? Could you send me the Invoice for the purchase?

Yes, we are. The invoice will be emailed to you within 48 hrs after we receive your request.

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, please leave us the new delivery address when check out. If you’ve paid the items but forgot to change the address you need to contact us within 24 hours via email to see if we can still change the address, this will depend upon how your item is to be delivered, as it may have already been dispatched.

Can I return my item if I am unhappy with them?

You can return non-faulty items if you have changed your mind at any time within 14 days after the transaction. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you have received it and in the original packaging. Please note, if you have received goods that are damaged, this must be signed as damaged on the delivery note at the time of delivery and the goods need to be refused immediately.

We will charge postage for return items, or customers can arrange returns by themselves.

If you choose to return the item(s) yourself, you MUST use a recorded delivery or a courier company who can provide tracking information. This information must then be supplied to us.
All return items will be inspected upon arrival, if the condition or packaging is not acceptable, refund may not be issued. If some parts are missing, then only a partial refund will be issued.
You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) in transit. We do not take any responsibility until the item(s) arrives at our warehouse. Refund may not be issued for any damaged or lost items.
Please email us to the proof of postage/courier receipt and tracking information once you have dispatched the item(s).However, we can arrange collection for your item(s) if you wish to or if you cannot find a courier company but the collection charge will be deducted from your payment.
For all single item returns (Shower door, Bath Screens, Side panels etc.) you will be charged £45.00 (plus postage surcharge if relevant).
For all multiple item returns (Shower Enclosures in multiple boxes, Enclosures with trays etc.) you will be charged £75.00 (plus postage surcharge if relevant).
These are the couriers’ charges.
If you live in a surcharge area, you must also pay the surcharge cost. This is charged by the courier and unfortunately we have to pass this charge on. Please check whether you fall into a surcharge area in our Shipping Charges.

When do I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days once the items are inspected upon on arrival in a good condition.
